Return Policy - All Season
At All Season, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we have created a comfortable return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines:
1. Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Undergarments, including lingerie, swimwear, and socks, for hygiene reasons.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as final sale.
4. Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via phone or email within the 30-day return window, providing your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code (RAC).
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including the RAC.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
5. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please specify your preference when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund for the returned item(s).
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
8. Store Credit:
Alternatively, if you prefer store credit instead of a refund, we can provide you with a gift card equivalent to the value of the returned item(s). Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy or if the item(s) show signs of wear, misuse, or damage.
Please note that this return policy applies to both online and in-store purchases.
